By downloading, accessing, or using Penny - AI Money Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.1 Premium Subscription. The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly / Yearly). Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3.2 Token Purchases. Consumable AI credit tokens may be purchased separately. Tokens are non-refundable and have no expiry except as required by applicable law.
3.3 Restore Purchases. Previously purchased subscriptions can be restored on any device signed into the same store account.

The App provides AI-powered financial insights, chat, and receipt scanning via third-party AI providers. These features are provided "as is" and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where you reside, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
